There are many techniques that can help you cool down. Taking few deep breaths is one f them. Counting 1 to 10 is another one. This makes your rational mind more active to take control of the situation.
Color therapy to control anger
But what if there was a way to control anger naturally without any effort. Your temper will not get out of hand. Color therapy can do that for you. Also, it is very simple to do. Take a black marker or sketch pen and place a dot on the back side of the little finger below and above the nail. This will start showing the effect after two hours. Keep it for the whole day. Just make sure that if it gets washed up then you will have to repeat it.
